Dread and Breakfast Dread and Breakfast

Dread and Breakfast

Welcome, dear listener, to the town of Spillman: A community built from historic roots. A haven of small family businesses. A home for delightful oddballs and neighbors. And of course, a source of rich folklore about The Witch in the woods.

Jonathan Spillman is finally coming home...for his grandfather Ernest's funeral. Tagging along are his college friend, Spencer, and her little brother, "Toast." As both the family and the entire town of Spillman gather to mourn, stories are told, memories shared, and soon questions emerge about Ernest's untimely end. As the trio searches for answers, they come face-to-face with The Witch--a legendary specter from town lore--and quickly realize that all is not right in Spillman.

Kill Every Monster Kill Every Monster

Kill Every Monster

Dungeons & Dragons is many things to many people, but at its heart lies a system that rewards players for killing monsters. In each episode, we examine the lore of classic D&D creatures and ask a central question: are they really a monster?

Co-hosts Dylan and Aram are joined each episode by a guest for a deep dive into a classic D&D monster. The first part is a discussion, and the second is a one-shot actual play where our guest takes on the role of the monster.

On Kill Every Monster, we are joined by a guest for a DM-deep-dive into the creature catalog of Dungeons and Dragons. The first part is a discussion, and the second is a one-shot actual play encounter where our guest takes on the role of the monster.

Each episode is a contained story, so you never have to worry about being caught up or listening out of order. Pick any creature you like and dive right in.
